  • 5kg Hot sliced Roast Beef with gravy (mustard separate)
  • 3kg Leg Ham (plum sauce separate)
  • 4kg Sliced Leg Pork (apple sauce separate)

NB.. Chicken or Lamb can be substituted for any of the above meats

  • 7kg Salads – choice of 3 from the following: Coleslaw, Potato, Bean salad, Pasta, Celery salad or Rice salad

NB.. Salads can be replaced by hot vegs in season eg. Julienne carrots, Peas, Corn, Baby beans, Cauliflower or Broccoli with Cheese sauce.
